Ariele Keller
Coach Ari, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Behavioral Change Specialist and Food Freedom Coach, is passionate about teaching women how to move and fuel their bodies with intention instead of restriction.
Ari's personal experience with extreme food sensitivities, chronic eczema, gut inflammation, and an eating disorder during adolescence gives her first-hand understanding of how diet culture and restriction can negatively impact our relationship with food, movement, and body image.
After nearly a decade working in the health and fitness industry,
Coach Ari embraces a restorative, intentional, and sustainable approach to food and fitness. She addresses the root causes of inflammation and muscle imbalance, empowering women to
thrive in their health instead of simply surviving in a calorie deficit.
Coach Ari specializes in functional strength and mobility training, which includes deep core and stability work, as well as breathwork and mindfulness practices to reduce chronic stress and improve mind-muscle connection.
This style of movement enhances all other forms of exercise by improving balance, range of motion, coordination, and mental focus, while fostering a more positive relationship with movement.
